The 33,000 square foot facility is comprised of space used for exhibits, education, offices, and entertaining. The Entry Pavilion is a 3,000 square foot hexagon steel framed structure with glass walls and a translucent panel roof. The Orangery is a 5,500 square foot octagon gathering area that is constructed of load-bearing masonry walls and exposed glue laminated timbers with exposed wood roof decking.
